More commonly known as The Rio, this Brazilian-themed resort off the Las Vegas Strip was the first all suite resort in the Las Vegas area, and is the host casino for the World Series of Poker. Housed within its purple and red glass towers are 2,522 suites ranging in size from 600 to 13,000 sq ft, 120,000 sq ft of gaming space, a wine cellar with more than 50,000 bottles of wine, a race and sports book, and the Masquerade Show in the Sky, a free overhead show in the main casino area that mimics Rio de Janeiro's Carnival. Penn and Teller have been the resident headline entertainers at The Rio since 2001.
