At the intersection of Tropicana Blvd and Las Vegas Blvd on the Las Vegas Strip, the Tropicana reigns as one of the oldest casinos in Sin City. Originally opened in 1957, the Tropicana has endured multiple owners, multiple renovations, and a colorful mob history through the years. This South Beach Miami-themed resort was home to the Folies Bergere Show, the longest running revue theater show in Las Vegas, which closed down in 2009 just before its 50th anniversary. The Tropicana has also been featured in many TV shows and movies, including "Diamonds Are Forever" and "The Godfather". The hotel features 50,000 sq ft of gaming space, 1658 guest rooms and suites, and is home to the interactive "Mob Attraction Las Vegas".
